The Challenge

“Give me 60 days, and I’ll change your life.”

306090At Hot Yoga Tysons, we put these words into action by encouraging our students to participate in a Hot Yoga Challenge. 

The Challenge consists of completing 30, 60, or 90 classes in that many days or less.  If you miss a day, do a double the next day to make up for it.  By doing at least one class per day for a minimum of 30 days, you will make Hot yoga part of your daily routine and an integral part of your life.  Experience for yourself the amazing physical, mental, and emotional benefits of a consistent practice at Hot Yoga Tysons!  You will never have felt better!

There are two ways to sign up.  Throughout the year, we do studio-wide group challenges.  We started one on September 1st, and you can still sign up by adding your name to the poster board in the lobby.

Or, you can do the challenge on an individual basis.  You pick the start date, so you may begin at any time of the year.  It doesn’t have to be the first of the month – just pick a time when you’re ready to commit.  Click here to sign up online.
